The development hereby relating to increasing the flat from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom unit is not supported as it creates a substandard form of accommodation by failing to achieve minimum gross internal floorspace area standards for the unit and below standard bedroom whereby it would result in poor quality of living negatively impacting the health and well-being of the future occupiers, contrary to the Technical Housing Standards – Nationally Described Space Standards and Policies 16, 48 and 56 of the adopted Waltham Forest Local Plan LP1 (2024)
