The appeal is made by the Park Hotel against the decision of the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge. The application Ref: 4731/19, dated 12 December 2019, was refused by notice dated 14 February 2020. The development proposed is retention of existing premises as use as annex to existing adjacent hotel. Decision 1.
