The appeal is made by the Lucky 8 Hotel against the decision of the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge. The application Ref: 4656/19, dated 5 December 2019, was refused by notice dated 20 February 2020. The development proposed is retention of existing premises as use of annex to existing hotel.
