Due to the lack of details related to security measures and design, the proposal fails to demonstrate a minimised risk of crime and anti social behaviour, to the contrary of Policy 58 of the adopted Waltham Forest Local Plan LP1 (2024).
The proposed locker, due to its positoning and general scale, it would introduce additional street clutter and obstruction of pedestrian movement, to the contrary of Policies 66 and 61 of the adopted Waltham Forest Local Plan LP1 (2024).
