The proposal would further intensify the current use and result in an inadequate level of private external amenity space well below the minimum 50sqm of private external amenity space and not of sufficient quality to the long-term detriment of health and well-being of the occupiers, whereby the development fails to meet requirements of Policy 56 of the adopted Waltham Forest Local Plan Part 1 (LP1) (2024).
