Application under Section 73A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to carry out development without compliance with Condition 1 (Approved Plans) of planning permission 20/02097/FUL (Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of a replacement dwelling) to allow change in building height, reduction in size from front to back, change front portico, windows in ground and first floor and internal layout.
The proposed amendments to Condition 1 (Approved Plans) of Planning Permission reference 20/02097/FUL would result in a poor quaity development when compared to the previously approved development, and would also result a poor quality development in and of itself. The proposal is considered to be contray to Policy D3 of the London Plan, 2021 and Policies CS8 and DM10 of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames LDF Core Strategy, April 2012.
