Consolidation of two consented applications [P2023/0527/FUL] for the proposed extension of decking area at second floor, new glass balustrades across all terraces, alterations to fourth-floor glazing along with repair and repainting to existing cladding and [P2023/2372/FUL] for the replacement of four existing air conditioning units located at two different terraces, by two units (one air source heat pump and a multi-split air conditioning system, HVAC) at the roof level. No additional new changes are proposed beyond those already approved.
