Approval of details pursuant to Condition 3: Following initial investigations on site and prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, a detailed structural engineer's report and method statement explaining the final scope of works including materials shall be submitted after initial investigations have been completed. The works shall be undertaken in accordance with the report and statement approved, of planning consent ref: P2022/3677/FUL dated 18/01/2023.
