Proposal to install a new disabled accessible lift from ground floor to 4th floor to the exterior of the building on the East elevation, adapting existing glazing and structural elements locally to facilitate access into the floors at each level, new exterior fire escape is to be created from 4th floor level down to 3rd floor level where it joins the existing escape stair serving both our and the adjoining properties.
