External alterations to comprise replacement of vent grilles to rear wall; replacement of boiler flue exhausts; additional opening to 2nd floor and undercroft for gas riser and meter cupboard; general repairs to façade. Internal alterations to flats 1&2 to comprise installation of wall lining to the inside face of the external masonry walls; insertion of secondary glazing; removal of flooring and plasterboard ceiling to expose original floors and, joists and steel beams; minor alteration to WC and ensuite partitions.
