Policy A4 requires development to control and manage noise and vibration, and to consider Camden's Noise and Vibration Thresholds. It restricts planning permission for developments that generate unacceptable noise and vibration, or are sensitive to noise in noisy areas, unless attenuation measures are provided. It supports planning permission for noise-generating development if it can be operated without harming amenity, and seeks to minimise the impact of deliveries and construction phases.
