Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 11 August 2011 (RN:10/10873/FULL) for the: Excavation of enlarged basement floor below existing building and front garden, formation of lightwells to front and rear elevations, rooflight over basement in side courtyard, removal of existing trees to front garden and associated external alterations. NAMELY, to allow alteration to glazing over of one of the rear lightwells, changes to the layout of the basement, increasing the floor to ceiling height of part of the basement, and reduction in the sizes of the lightwells.
