Because of their size, design and location, the telecommunications equipment with GRP shrouding would harm the appearance of this building and fail to maintain or improve (preserve or enhance) the character and appearance of the Bayswater Conservation Area, and would harm the setting of surrounding listed buildings. This would not meet Policies 19, 38, 39 and 40 of the City Plan 2019 - 2040 (April 2021). (X16AD)
