Application under Section 96A of the Town and County Planning Act (1990) (as amended) for 'Non-Material' Amendments to reserved matters approval reference 2018/5698 dated 22/03/19 in respect of Access, Layout, Appearance, Scale and Landscaping for Phase 1B of the Northern Site Development Zone pursuant to part outline and part detailed planning permission 2014/2810, dated 11/02/15. Amendments include the subdivision of the two retail units within the Phase 1B Podium beneath Buildings N9 and N10 into five smaller retail units.
