The proposed hot food takeaway (sui generis) would be located within 400m of a school and would add to the existing overconcentration of hot food takeaways in the defined area. The proposal would therefore be contrary to the principles, including the healthy eating initiatives, identified within the NPPF (2023), policy E9(D) of the London Plan (2021), policy LP15(B) of the Wandsworth Local Plan (2023) and the Town Centre Uses SPD (2015).
