Non material amendment to approved application DM2024/01404 which allowed the 'Prior approval in relation to the erection of 2 new floors to provide 10 self-contained residential units and provision of waste storage' to allow for one of the approved floors to be within the roofspace, to reduce the number of residential units proposed from 10 to 6 and to change the approved description to 'Erection of 2 new floors (with one floor contained within the roof space) to provide 6 self-contained residential units and provision of waste storage'.
