The appeal is made by Mr & Miss Saunders and Cooper against the decision of the Council of the London Borough of Sutton. The application Ref DM2019/01355, dated 1 August 2019, was refused by notice dated 18 December 2019. The development proposed is demolition of existing outhouse and construction of new 4-bedroom house on land to side of existing donor house including extension and alterations to donor house.
