The updated drainage calculations is inadequate as it does not demonstrate that the development would not increase flood risk on or off the site, contrary to NPPF 2024 - 14 Meeting the challenge of climate change, flooding and coastal change, Policies SI 12 Flood risk management and SI 13 Sustainable drainage of the London Plan 2021 and Policy P68 Reducing flood risk of the Southwark Plan 2022.
