Minor-material amendment to application ref 24/AP/1031 dated 12/03/2025 for: Construction of a single dwelling adjacent to 40 Village Way and minor works to the existing house to remove single-storey side extension and detached garage; proposed works include landscaping, cycle and refuse stores, and other associated works. Condition - Develop in Accordance with Approved Plans Conditions(s) Variation: To provide a proportionately sized front amenity for the proposal as well as the existing neighbouring property at 40 Village Way. To provide internal configurations for a single family dwelling including increasing the number of bedrooms from three to four. To align plans with advice and amendm
