Construction of a two-storey front extension, infilling of first floor roof terrace (including glazed bifold doors, two windows and Juliette balcony), installation of two windows on the side elevation, and replacement of rear garage door with glazing.
The two-storey extension would result in unacceptable harm to 113 Leontine Close in relation to daylight, sunlight, and sense of enclosure, in non-compliance with Southwark Plan policy P56 (protection of amenity).
The two-storey extension would be of an unaccetable scale and incongruous appearance, resulting in harm to the townscape and the setting of a grade II-listed row (80-98 Furley Road), in non-compliance with Southwark Plan policies P13 (design of places) and P19 (listed buildings and structures).
