Proposed basement excavation and extension to include an office, gym and a kitchen with bathroom, proposed staircase and lightwell, floor plan redesign and all associated works at 7 Earlham Grove.
The proposed development, by virtue of its poor quality internal design and layout, would result in unacceptable living conditions, giving rise to cramped internal habitable spaces, with a lack of suitable ventilation for the internal arrangement proposed.
