The appeal is made by Macneil Ltd against the decision of the London Borough of Newham. The application Ref 19/02086/FUL, dated 24 July 2019, was refused by notice dated 13 November 2019. The development proposed is two storey side and rear extension and a change of use of the formerly ‘Forest Glen’ Public House to a nursery and residential accommodation.
