Construction of an extension at first floor level to the side of 108 Jevington Way SE12, and construction of a part one/ part two-storey dwelling house adjacent to 108 Jevington Way.
The submission plans fail to adequately demonstrate that the development would achieve high quality and responsive design, or that the new dwelling would not unacceptably harm the character and appearance of the surrounding area including the openness of the adjacent Metropolitan Open Land and open green space, being contrary to Paragraphs 131 and 135 and Chapter 13 of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024); Policies D3, D4 and G3 of the London Plan (2021); Policies QD1, QD6 and GR2 of the Lewisham Local Plan (2025), Policy HR2 of the Grove Park Neighbourhood Development Plan (2021) and the provisions of the Small Sites SPD (2021).
