The proposed extension, by reason of its height and depth on the boundaries, would have a materially harmful impact on the living conditions of occupants of Nos 105 and 109 Longhurst Road in terms of overbearing visual impact and increased sense of enclosure, contrary to Policy 15 High quality design for Lewisham of the Lewisham Core Strategy (2011), Policy 31 Alterations and extensions to existing buildings including residential extensions of the Development Management Local Plan (2014) and the Alterations and Extensions Supplementary Planning Document (2019).
