Erection of a mansard roof extension incorporating front and rear dormers to provide 2 self-contained flats with associated refuse and cycle storage.
The proposed units fail to meet the minimum internal space standards and do not provide adequate internal storage, resulting in substandard living conditions and poor-quality residential accommodation. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy D6 of the London Plan (2021) and Policy H5 of the Lambeth Local Plan (2021).
