Increase in height of the roof to the rear single storey building and erection of ventilation duct above the roof to serve ventilation system proposed internally within the roof.
The submitted plans are inaccurate and inconsistent and fail to clearly illustrate the proposed development. The lack of clarity, together with discrepancies between the plans and the description of development, means the Local Planning Authority is unable to properly assess the proposal or its impacts. As such, the proposal fails to provide sufficient information to enable a full and proper assessment and is contrary to the principles of good decision-making as set out in the National Planning Policy Framework, including Paragraph 55, which requires applications to be determined on the basis of adequate information.
