The proposal fails to demonstrate that the existing windows are beyond repair and does not provide sufficient detailed drawings to confirm that the replacements would accurately replicate the historic design and detailing. This would result in harm to the significance of the listed building, contrary to the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, the advice contained within the NPPF, and policy Q20 of the Lambeth Local Plan (2021).
