The proposed erection of a retractable pergola and enclosure with guillotine windows to the front of 111- 115 South Lambeth Road, by virtue of its scale, enclosed form and visually intrusive appearance, would result in an incongruous and overly dominant addition to the frontage of the host property The development would therefore cause harm to the visual amenity and openness of the street scene.
