Insufficient evidence has been submitted to demonstrate that the proposed replacement windows and balcony door, by reason of opening style, detailed design and the use of UPVC material, would be architecturally accurate and would not be harmful to the character and appearance of the host buildings and its group. The applicant has failed to demonstrate that the proposal would not harm the setting of Stockwell Park Conservation area. As such the proposal would be contrary to policies Q2, Q5, Q8.
