Replacement of all existing windows with double glazed uPVC windows.
The replacement UPVC windows by reason of their material would be uncharacteristic of the building type and detract from the established pattern along the wider terrace resulting in less than substantial harm. In addition, insufficient information has been submitted to demonstrate that the design of the existing windows would be authentically reproduced.
