Retrospective planning application for the erection of a roof lean-to canopy over the first-floor rear external walkway access to flats (Flat E).
By virtue of its location, materials, design and use, the proposal would not preserve the character and appearance of the host property or the surrounding area and is incongruous. The proposal is unacceptable and is contrary to policy Q2, Q5, Q8 and Q11 of the Lambeth Local Plan 2020 - 2035 (2021).
The proposal would enable terrace use which would harm neighbouring occupiers in terms of privacy and noise. As such the proposals would conflict with Lambeth Local Plan 2020-2035 (2021) policy Q2.
