The siting of the proposed use of the premises as a hot-food takeaway sits within 400 metres walking distance of two schools on Daysbrook Road, SW2. As such, the proposal would fail to contribute to improving the health of Lambeth residents and reducing childhood obesity, contrary to Policy ED8 of the Lambeth Local Plan (2021) 2022-2035 and Policy E9 of the London Plan (2021)
