The proposal development fails to provide an appropriate mix of dwellings which would meet the demand identified in the Kingston Local Housing Needs Assessment 2024 and no evidence has been submitted to demonstrate this would be unviable or unsuitable, contrary to Policy H10 of the London Plan 2021 and Policy DM13 of the Kingston Core Strategy 2012.
The proposed development fails to provide a suitable standard of accommodation for future occupants in terms having undersized Gross Internal Areas and private external space, contrary to Policy D6 of the London Plan 2021 and Policy DM10 of the Kingston Core Strategy 2012.
