The proposed development, in terms of the unacceptable nature of the proposed waste management arrangements, which entail refuse drag distances exceeding 120 metres, would result in an adverse impact on highway safety and management, contrary to Paragraph 116 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2024, D6, SI7, D8, T7 of the London Plan 2021, and Policies CS 9, DM 9 and DM 10 of the Core Strategy 2012.
