Installation of new service pipe from pavement into basement vault, leaving an isolation valve and a PIV in an approved location on the footpath - this includes 1m of excavation in order to access the basement. Installation of new gas pipeline from the isolation valve in the vault beneath the main staircase - a hole drilled to access the garden area, after which the new riser pipeline constructed to supply Flats 1 and 2. This will run along the south side of the stairs following existing services next to the porch then pass through the porch roof allowing entry into Flat 2 just above the balcony (Retrospective application)
