Works comprise replacement of main roofs, including all associated works, following water ingress into buildings. Extent of works will require access scaffold to elevations to full height in order to undertake works. Existing slate tiles will be salvaged and reused. Any tiles which are beyond repair or not reusable will be replaced like for like. Tile finish will be of same finish as existing in terms of appearance, colour, texture, profile etc. There will be no impact to building or street scene. Building line will not be altered and will remain as existing. No external structural alterations will be carried out.
