The appeal is made by Capital Homes (Cardozo Road) Ltd against the decision of the Council of the London Borough of Islington. The application Ref P2019/3129/FUL, dated 17 October 2019, was refused by notice dated 19 December 2019. The development proposed is demolition of the 45 existing garages on site and construction of nine self-contained mews houses including provision of on site cycle parking, refuse storage and private amenity space.
