Non material amendments to seek to amend the submission timing of Planning Condition 17.b (BREEAM) from 'prior to First occupation' to 'within 2 months of First residential occupation' following planning permission 00083/Q8/P13 dated 29/06/2018 for the demolition of existing buildings and erection of four to seven storey buildings (plus eighth storey of stairway and lift overuns) to provide 176 residential units (Use Class C3) and 815sqm (GIA) of retail floorspace (Use Class A1) with associated access, car and cycle parking, landscaping and other associated works.
