Appeal Decisions Site visit made on 16 November 2020 by Alexander Walker MPlan MRTPI an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State Decision date: 05 January 2021 Appeal A Ref: APP/F5540/C/20/3251164 Land to the rear of 14-24 High Street, Cranford, TW5 9AY (also known as 6-11 Kavsan Place) • The appeal is made under section 174 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by the Planning and Compensation Act 1991. • The appeal is made by Mr Kavanjit Hayre on behalf of DKH Investments (Cranford) Ltd against an enforcement notice issued by the Council of the London Borough of Hounslow. • The enforcement notice, numbered BWR/2017/00604, was issued on 16 March 2020. • The breach of planning control as alleged in the notice is the erection of six two-storey dwellings. • The requirements of the notice are: 1.
