The dwellinghouse subject of this application was built under planning application reference 1586/AA/80/0465. Condition 10 of that application removes permitted development rights for any enlargement, extension, improvement or alteration to all properties approved under the permission. The proposed development seeks to enlarge and extend the existing dwellinghouse.
