The appeal is made by Mr Mark Kiernan against an enforcement notice issued by the Council of the London Borough of Hillingdon. The notice was issued on 17 June 2025. The breach of planning control as alleged in the notice is without planning permission, the erection of a balcony enclosure with metal railings on the roof of the single storey rear extension. The requirements of the notice are to: 1.
