Retrospective application for a loft conversion to create first floor with two side dormers, single storey rear extension and alterations to fenestration including installation of additional ground floor window on East side elevation & front porch.
The development to be retained would, by reason of its height, bulk, mass and fenestration used to the front of the dormer, appear as an unacceptably dominant and visually intrusive feature in the streetscene harmful to the appearance of the surrounding area contrary to Policy 26 of the Havering Local Plan, London Plan Policy D4 and the design guidance within the Council's Residential Extensions and Alterations SPD.
