The LDC application (ref: D0194.25) was dated 19 April 2025 and refused by notice dated 23 June 2025. It was made under section 192(1)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 in respect of a proposed use described as “…use of the building as a residential family centre to provide parenting assessments and care for a maximum of two mothers with mild mental health challenges and two children”.
