- The proposal, by reason of 4.5m rearward projection and siting, would be overbearing, visually obtrusive and would be detrimental to the amenities of the neighbouring occupiers at No.76 The Heights, resulting in an undue loss of outlook and light, increase sense of enclosure and visual amenity, contrary to Policy DM1 B (a), DM1 C, DM1 D (d), (e) and (f) of the Development Management Policies Local Plan document (2013) and the relevant provisions of the adopted Harrow Supplementary Planning Document Residential Design Guide (2010).
