- The proposed single storey side to rear extension by reason of its depth and proximity to the shared boundaries would result in an overbearing, bulky and unduly obtrusive form of development resulting in a derimental impact to the visual amenities of No.10 and No.14 The Avenue. As such, the development is contrary to Policy D3.D7 of The London Plan (2021), Core Policy CS1.B of the Harrow Core Strategy (2012), Policy DM1 of the Harrow Development Management Policies Local Plan (2013) and the adopted Supplementary Planning Document: Residential Design Guide (2010).
