- The proposed first floor rear extension by reason of its depth and siting would result in an overbearing feature that would negatively impact the amenity afforded to the adjacent neighbour at No.11 Beechwood Avenue, to the detriment of the residential amenities of this neighbouring dwelling, contrary to Policy D3 (D.7) of The London Plan (2021), policy DM 1 of the Harrow Development Management Policies Local Plan (2013) and the adopted Supplementary Planning Document: Residential Design Guide (2010).
