Alterations to the front and rear roofslopes including installation of 2no. rooflights in the rear roofslope, replacement of synthetic slate roof covering with riven synthetic slate roof and ridge tiles, replacement of existing sarking felt underneath with appropriate grade sarking felt of a non-breathable variety, installation of lead flashings and soakers in to parapet walls on both sides; reprofiling of the flat roof of existing two storey back addition to include replacement of felt flat roof covering with lead-grey single-ply membrane and installation of lead flashings and new under-decking beneath eaves tile at intersection between flat and pitched roof.
