The proposed development is accompanied by insufficient information and inaccurate plans, which would fail to allow a full and proper assessment of the proposed works, consequently this could result in a detrimental impact on the character and appearance of the property, the streetscene and/or neighbpour amenities by virtue of privacy intrusion/overlooking. As such, the proposal is contrary to Core Strategy (2010) Policy 24 (Design), Development Management Local Plan (2015) Policy DM1 (High Quality Design) and DM2 (Development and Amenity), and policies 7.4 Local Character and 7.6 Architecture of the London Plan (2016) and guidance contained under Hackney councils SPD on Residential Extensions and Alterations (2009) and NPPF 2019 (as amended).
