Amendment to Phase 1 of a Borough-wide district heat distribution network in Enfield comprising pipework of approximately 7km in length as approved under application reference 22/00047/FUL, the proposed part of the route comprising a diversion along Rays Road, Montagu Road and Kenninghall Road, and then a further diversion under the North Circular Road (A406) before connecting with the remainder of the approved route near the junction of Leopold Road with Albany Road. Proposed leak detection cabinets to be located along part of the revised route.
