Conversion of first floor flat into 2 self-contained flats involving conversion of loft in to habitable room with rear dormer.
The proposed rear dormer, by reason of its size, prominent siting and design, would introduce a bulky and incongruous addition to the host building which would be visually harmful and detrimental to the character of the immediate area. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy CP30 of The Enfield Core Strategy (2010) and Policies DMD 13 and DMD37 of the Development Management Document (2014).
